Neal jones
Neal started 360 Degrees in San Francisco over 10 years ago. Prior to that, he worked at architecture firms and construction design / build companies in Connecticut (his home state), Michigan, Arizona, San Francisco, and now Florida.
He has directed projects throughout North America within several industries, both large and small. “Architecture is a unique industry that allows an individual to choose countless paths within the profession that best suits their passion”. For Neal, he chose to explore as many paths as possible to expand his knowledge of Architecture. From the large national client projects to the small residential additions, to director of workplace, real estate, and project management. From this diverse background, Neal has created a company that incorporates all of this experience and offers it to 360’s clients.

Greg began working with 360 Degrees at the conception of the company and officially joined as a full time member in 2021.
He has over 25 years of experience in Architecture and has focused his career on the development and production side of the industry. He has worked on projects across North America in several sectors including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, education, health care, industrial, and entertainment.
Gregs depth of knowledge and tremendous experience within the technical side of the profession is very rare which offers a unique perspective on how a building is assembled from the smallest parts to the overall space.
